Can anyone give me the correct info as to whether this phone can download Truetones on O2 pay and go. I have updated all the MMS settings, Wap and GPRS setting and i have been charged for a ringtone not received. Get a message saying subscribe to packet data first. The o2 site when you go into truetones, the check if your phone is compatible shows that it is but the o2 shop says it is not and o2 customer sercvices on the phone say it is not. Can anybody point me in the right direction with this. See below and start from the bottom message, i will contact o2 but i am even more confused now.
